The Campground will open on April 15th for the season!

Our in-site water service is now on for the season. The shower house and dump station water service will be on sometime between April 22-24. None of the water in the campground is potable until further notice. Please plan accordingly. We are looking forward to another great season of fun times!

We are looking forward to another camping season by the river! Enter into the community and connect in the outdoors. People who love being active and engaged while being with family and friends will love camping at Prairie Island Campground.

The arts, outdoor recreation, and ecological learning opportunities are at the core of our programming! We are excited about the new (2023) outdoor classroom / gathering space and all that it offers. Keep checking the calendar for the Campfire Concert Series and food truck events, environmental education programming, holiday activities, yoga, and more!
