We want everyone to enjoy their time at Prairie Island Campground, so we developed some standards for our guests. This way, you'll know what to expect, and so will your neighbors:

  • Park campers perpendicular to the river, 3’ off the road and site boundaries, including slide-outs.  Campers must be backed in on all sites that are designated as such.  (Seasonal campers along the levee row are an exception to this rule.)

  • All roadways and gathering spaces are considered common areas and should be free of any personal items except when approved by management.

  • Drive slowly, so everybody can feel and be safe while here.

  • The campground and surrounding park must remain a safe enjoyable place for all.  Unsafe actions will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the premises.  Site rental will be forfeited and the person(s) will not be allowed back.
